The AC890PX modular chassis variable speed AC drives are supplied in kit form, with outputs up to 400kW, providing system integrators and panel builders with the flexibility to assemble the drive into their electrical enclosure or control system.


The AC890PX Modular Chassis variable speed AC drives are supplied in kit form saving space, time and components. The AC890PX-M Provides systems integrators and panel builders with the flexibility to assemble the drive into the same suite of electrical enclosures as the additional ancillary control components required to tailor the product to meet the needs of their customer‘s applications. Available in a wide range of power ratings for both constant and variable torque applications, the dual-mode AC890PX Modular Chassis Drive provides a cost effective solution for industrial process applications, as well as energy-saving control of larger power pumps and fans.
The AC890PX range of modular variable speed AC drives are available in 110kW to 400kW ratings, with input supply options of 380-460VAC, 500-575VAC and 600-690VAC.

Safe Torque Off - STO :
The AC890 PX Modular Chassis drive features Safe Torque Off functionality as standard, offering users protection against unexpected motor start-up in accordance with EN18849-1 PL-e or SIL3. Two independent STO control channels are implemented in hardware. The STO function is implemented in hardware; it overrides all software activities. The only software involvement is to report STO status to the user via an MMI, serial communications link or user terminal on the AC890 control board as defined by the drive configuration.
